Thanks guys. The bark on this one was the best yet! 13 hrs at 220-240 no foil and no spritzing. And some fried mac and cheese balls for a side. Mmmm.

Almost forgot to post pics. It all turned out just like I wanted. 2hr stall is normal. Mine stalled for almost 5 hrs. But I don't foil mine. Foil supposedly speeds up the stall.

I finally got the taste I was looking for with my last smoke. My turkey, chicken thighs and 2 butts turned out great!
