I bought our Weber in 88 and still using it. I had to replace the grills this year and have to make a set of new handles but no other problems with. We grill probably three times a week. So for the money it was well worth it.
Last year I took a wild turkey breast and cut pieces about 2 x 2 inch and about 6 inches long. Then I cut a pocket in the center of the piece and stuffed it with cheese. Marinated in Italian dressing for a couple of hours. then wrapped in bacon and on the grill. Came out very good.
Looks good. I will have to try the cheesy califlower.
I just picked up some spares to do this weekend. They had spareribs for $1.59 lb cut St Louis style with the tips, they just wasnt called St Louis style. But you could buy the St Louis style without the tips for $2.99 lb.
