First time build, need hot box input
I came across 2 stainless steel cabinets/carts. Id like to make a big vertical smoker out them. I stacked them and ported the left side from top to bottom, co-worker is making me a duct/damper to control heat/smoke. I am looking for help with how to utilize the bottom as a hot chamber.
