Thanks for the additional welcomes! I've been doing some reading hear. Looks like I'll be buying a tube burner and a used blender to break up pellets. I'd get divorced if I used my wifes

Just wanted to say hi. I just picked up a used masterbuilt analog electric smoker the other day. Plugged it up and it gets hot. I've never smoked anything outside of adding some wood chips In a chip box to a grill to get a little smoke flavor. Looking forward to trying it out. I'm in NW Fla...
