Just wanted to say hi. I just picked up a used masterbuilt analog electric smoker the other day. Plugged it up and it gets hot. I've never smoked anything outside of adding some wood chips In a chip box to a grill to get a little smoke flavor. Looking forward to trying it out. I'm in NW Fla...
