One pulled and getting ready to pull the other. Came out really good. It was the first time doing pulled pork on my new smoker. Took awhile but I had no where to go yesterday so all good. Thanks for the help everyone.

My father in law caught a tuna the other day and gave me some of the steaks. I have never smoked fish and need some help. What temp what kind of wood what internal temp and what kind of rub or marinade should I use. Any help will be appreciated

Used a brinkmann electric smoker. The red one. Used a mixture of cherry and apple chips for the wood. The seasoning was one that my brother in law bought me from a BBQ joint in Texas. Forgot the name of it right now. Smoked it on the rack and When it got to around 160* I wrapped it in foil and...
