    Firebox potatoes

    I just washed the potatoes , put some veg. Oil on them and put them in the smoker. They turned out good.

    No Boil Smoked Mac & Cheese

    I have tried this 2 times I like the taste and how easy it is to prepare. The only thing that I have noticed is if I try to keep it warm in the oven it tends to become a little dry.

    New member in Tennessee by way of Illinois. Moved here in June 2015 to be closer to family. Retired Firefighter with 36 years of service. Started with an electric smoker for a year then went to a gas smoker to be able to smoke later in the year. Sold both when we moved then bought 44inch gas...
