Going with a Pitmaker. Can't decide between Vault and Safe. Help!
I have owned Pitmaker Safe for a year now and LOVE it! No regrets. 1. Capacity. Super Bowl I cook St. Louis style ribs for 40. I cooked pulled pork sliders for 150 women and had leftovers. It will hold 8 butts or 4 full packer briskets. Unless you do catering the Pitmaker Safe is the way to go...- relentless1

Chris lilly injection question?
I have used this many times with great results. I used 1/4 cup Kosher salt (not table salt). The finished butt is not salty at all and very juicy.- relentless1
