    Thanks Gary. Finially got it back home. All painted and ready to smoke. I got some pork ribs, loin, and Butt for Thursday. Also a whole chicken. Can't wait.

    I got the rack installed today. I'll do some grinding tomorrow to smooth out the welds. Then I hope to put a bottom rack on it.

    I also need to seal around the door and maybe up size the door on the fire box to 1/4 in plate. Also need a damper on the chimney. I want to smoke some meat for the employees next week for a Christmas party. It seemed to keep nice heat from side to side. I'll post some pics of the smoked food...

    Still need to install so racks for shelving bUT I wanted to do a test run to see what I had for leaks or changes. I loaded some charcoal first because my wood was a little wet.

    Finally got back on the project. This was all done to this point at a friends house and I had to also work around his schedule. I decided to take everything to work and finish it off. I wanted to update everyone and thank you all for the help so far.

    I was really happy to get the smoker off the stationary stand and get it mobile today. I made this stand out of 2x2 steel that was cut up at work. I am going to make some sides and a bottom to it to load up some wood and add a handle so that I can pull it around with my tractor.
