Chips, Chunks or Pellets?
I was just in Home Depot and they had apple cherry pecan hickory and mesquite in chunks and chips. I also found about 20 bags of hickory chips at 99 cent store, some great buys in there 5 lbs of potatoes 1 buck big bags of seasonings canned goods big bag of japs 1 buck- redrac

Advice for cooking ribs to eat the next day.
When I smoke I normally load it up then when done we separate it into the right portion then vacuum pack it and freeze it. Then when we are ready to eat I pull it out and put the vac bag/s in the sink in water to thaw then warm it up however you choose. It is also easy to give it to friends...
