    Found a new favorite beer!  Founders had a tasting at Burgies in Alpena MI.  They had 4 very rare beers which included KBS (Kentucky Breakfast Stout)!  It was beautiful....

    Getting excited!  My dad and I are in the beginning stages of building a trailer smoker!  We have a 150 gal tank lined up and an axel ready to go.  Dad and build/weld anything, so it would turn out great!

    We are looking at building a reverse flow smoker.  Main smokes would be ribs, butts, brisket.  I would also like to have a rack or area to store wood on the trailer too.

    Finally pulled the last one and let it rest a bit.  Half of it was amazing, the other half was a little tight yet.  Not real sure how that happened.  The bark was not much different from the wrapped one.  I think I liked the wrapped one a little better than the unwrapped.
