Hi guys. I normally smoke and serve. I am going away and want to bring ribs and brisket with me. I know it is possible but want to done it right.

Hi raaberjr here. I just signed up today. I have been using to forum from a month. I thank you all. I really like smoking. I come from a family of butchers do it is in my blood. The family shop has been out of business for 30 years, I still remember that smell. Thanks for being cool with ideas
