Open Fire Rib Eye & Lamb Chops
Looks nice! I am going to cook lamb chops for New Year eve diner but unfortunately won't be able to do "open fire"... Instead I will be doing quick sear on CI scorching pan and quick finish in the oven.... topping with chimichurri souse....- pushok2018
