Hello all FELLOW SMOKERS!!! Just got MEB electric smoker from my wife as a Christmas present. Tentatively did a 8 lb brisket for my first attempt. OMG!! I think I gained 5 lbs in one day. Can't wait to talk with some of you experts and get ideas. Trying baby back ribs for my parents tomorrow...
