Got it. I went ahead and ordered the 5x8 A-Maze-N Pellet Smoker (comes with 2lbs of pellets), along with 5lbs of pellets (hickory) and 4lbs of dust (oak). Figured I'd get both the pellets and the dust and see how they compare. Hopefully it gets here before this weekend and I'll be ready to...
