There are quite a lot of good Finnish foods, but the sausages generally suck. There has been a bit of a renaissance here lately, however, and sausages are looking better now.

I enjoy the Greek sausage from the island of Tinos (Tinos Sausage), which is very near to Italian Salsiccia (basically sausage that is heavy on fennel and red wine).
