Thanks, when it was just a cart it was a giant pain to move and a little tipy. So we mounted her to a small old camper skeleton and now shes perfect. Has work surfaces, stable, and a good conversation piece lol
Had some time yesterday so i figured id class the old girl up and build her some fenders.
Split most of the wood for sat, cherry and apple.
And made some zucchini pickles!
Well i hadnt used the midsize model yet this year so dug her out cleaned her up and gave her some new wheel bearings. Shes all set for a 4th smoke at the lake!
Cant help with rack but i do fat side up so when it renders it drips through meat, and i do mist or mop randomly with juice or brine to keep meat moist. Also may want to cover with tinfoil half way through ur smoke time to keep a nice bark
