Another New Smoker
My wife just bought me the cheap little Brinkmann smoker. So I'm just starting out. Instructions say to "cure" it, so I am burning some charcoal in it right now. Not sure why that is necessary. Plan to smoke some ribs tomorrow, then some chicken next weekend. Once I know I can make it work...
