How did you come up with your screen name?
New Mexican here as well. Looking forward to the scent of roasting green chile in a few weeks! My screen name is pretty simple as well. I usually just use my name or initials for a screen name, but I'm a youth pastor and thought I'd play off the pit master idea.- pitpastor

I'm using a Masterbuilt Dual Fuel (propane) smoker. I smoked it around 250 for most of the time, and bumped it up a little bit the last couple of hours. The bark was delicious! -

Thanks Bill! Has definitely slowed down the last hour and a half. I'm not opposed to foiling, but I'm going to wait a few more hours and see how things go. Still smoking around 250, and at 1.5 hours per pound I would finish with a couple of hours to spare. I know that's a guideline and I do have... -
