On the home page there are some great recipes scrolling along and I saw one for a marinated sweet chili and siracha ribs cook and was going to try it this week. When I checked today it is gone. I've been trying to search for it with no success. Anyone know how to find this lil guy? -

well I am 3 days into this pickle ferment and I'm seeing some surface bubbles, but supervmans recipe calls for jarring and the fridge at this time, but the sites say 2 to 3 weeks. any advice?- phodog

ABT's using Anaheim peppers?
we've been using some peppers from Sams club that are not hot at all. They come in a bag of about 2 dozen, are three colors and really taste great. bad thing tho I think they are seasonal, as I couldnt find em,' this week, If you see em' give em a try.- phodog
