    Thanks JJ - much appreciated! The reheating went pretty well thanks - it wasn't quite as moist as would be ideal, but then it wasn't when it came out of the smoker either. It wasn't dry at all, but didn't quite fall apart as it did when I'd done it in the oven previously. Still lots to learn...
