What are you trying to make? What ratio is the meat block? Done properly, no binder is needed.

I would suggest buying a cheap stainless smoke box and laying it on the element when you want more smoke. It does the trick.

I use this on an analog Masterbuilt smoker. I turn the factory stat on high (its not very accurate) and plug it into my control box. Way better than the factory stuff. I can use it on anything that is 120vac. 128512128079
