Hickory smoked deer heart
I hope to give this a try this fall, venison heart never makes it to the fridge! It always lands in the frying pan at deer camp, I will have to give smoking it a try. -

(Prospective) Newbie Pellet question
I haven't spent a lot of time in Florida but the little I have I don't ever remember my ex in laws having windows open in the house. I was always there in the winter and the ac was always going. How often are the neighbors windows open? I can't see them complaining to much if the house is closed up.- PaulJinVt

16 hours- set it and forget it. Brisket on the smoker??
I can't comment on the traeger, but I can highly recommend the Rectec Bull, I did a brisket a few weeks ago and it was awesome. Put it on at 10pm and pulled it at 4pm. I didn't need to babysit it at all.- PaulJinVt
