Pit boss 850 my experience
Posted this on different forum. Called customer service. They were polite. They advised me to get blow torches or screw extraction tools to fix an obvious manufacturers defect. Maybe im unlucky but is it worth the risk? Felt the need to let others know about this company. They aren't serious...- patrickd
