I bought a smoker towards the end of 2016 and a year later I picked up a second smoker. Both are Masterbuilt electric in a 30 and a 40 inch. I'm estimating I smoked and/or dehydrated about 100# of meat this year and made over a 200#'s of sausage of several sorts. I'm looking to see what else can make which is already a pretty long list.
