    How do you keep your rub from clumping up solid

    So far I have never had that problem either. I normally make up about a 2 - 4 cup batch at a time, and put it in the large size Parmesan Cheese plastic dispenser for use.  I do not refridgerate it, I just keep it in the cabinet. Bob

    My theory is you need Equal to a little larget Exhaust than Intake. Most have either 3 or 4 each 3/4" Intake Ports. The 2 Inch Bung should be plenty. It is 3.14 Sq Inches. A Weber Dome lid with ONLY 4 each 3/4" Holes is used every day with no issues, and the 4 each 3/4" holes equal only 1.77...
