The pan is just sitting there to stop the birds and rain. I hope to come up with something that works good. I did a loin,4 butts nd chicken two weeks ago and she cooks great holds temps and don't require a lot of attention.
I got a quote at $125 an hour. Im thinking thats about all ill need. My main concern was getting the old paint off the tank. It was an older one and im unsure if it could be bad stuff. Thanks
