Sorry about leaving off some info I am new to this. Old Lantern is the name of our BBQ team. We just compete locally around the East side of Indianapolis In. So far. I have done a lot of dinners for family and friends with this smoker and need to upgrade if possible.
I am from the mid-west and have been smoking in backyard competitions and for friends and family for about 6 years. Currently have a smoker which is for sale and a small barrel smoker for small things. I enjoy cooking with family and we all work together. our team name is Old Lantern BBQ.
4 year old smoker compact in size but room to smoke a lot of meat. Have done 18 + pork butts at once. Has 2 shelves in main smoker and 2 shelves in warmer box also able to get live smoke in warmer box also. This unit is 9' long from front of tongue to back and about 6' wide can be moved around...
