New build reverse flow smoker
I recently had a friend build me a reverse flow smoker on a trailer out of an old 80 gal compressor. My question is do I need to grind the inside to bare metal prior to seasoning it? It is rusty but not flaky rust. I have had a fire through it already.- NSBBQ
