I have a Yoder 640. The more I use it the more I love it. It will smoke long & slow with no effort and it will sear a great steak. Smoke tube / mojo brick placement
Smokers, I have a Yoder 640 and I want to add some smoke enhancement. My question is where should I place the tube or the mojo bricks in the unit that will make them smoke and not just burn up quickly?- NOLASmokescreen
