found great info here-- brined birds,added rub and smoked 2.5 at 280-300. removed and wrapped breast showed 175- came out perfect moist and juicy. Thanks for all the great info--- njguy13

Thanks to all members for info- post and pics my first build following the advise of members was able to get unlined barrel- stripped the outside using aircraft paint remover- took 20 mins total- washed with soap and light sanded to give a little bite for paint. primed with gray high temp...- njguy13
