Hi everyone ok so 1 hour into the cook time the grease from the turkey started dripping and landed on the fire box.. I took it out but it smells weird. Did I mess up the turkey or will it be ok if I finish it in the oven 

I been grilling for over 20 years... I also own La caja china and have cateed a few parties in the last 10 years... Now I am interested in getting into smoking....seems like there is a lot of info in the forum. I hope to learn alot of different techniques and forms of smoking,grilling, ect...
