Smoke Chief cold smoke generator
To 416bigbore, Yes I have seen videos of the product. However I have not purchased it as yet. Need advice / reviews to find out if it is worth it. I believe the videos are company made (Smokehouse) and perhaps not quite as good as it seems. Thanks.- naimman

Pid vs Dimmer Switch?
I own a analog with 1500w element. Like to know which control would be best for my smoker. What are the pros/cons of each. Also does the constant cycling of the heating element shorten its life. Thanks for your time.- naimman

Hi guys. Just started out smoking. I know pretty much jack about the hobby. I'm retired and live on Long Island. Just purchased a Masterbuilt analog smoker. My wife loves chicken and I figured the higher temps it offered would suit my needs. (it better or the smoker and me are out).
