Hello from Ontario
I'm super bummed because I don't get to go up to Ontario this year. May father, brother, and I go up every May to Lake of the Woods on the Ontario side for a great fishing trip. Unfortunately the border isn't opening up in time for us to make it this year.- mwinter501

Looks great! I've noticed with the few that I've done the pepper seems very upfront when I try it by itself (and I like a strong pepper flavor). But when I put it on Rye with some cheese and thousand island it's perfect.- mwinter501
