New to the forum and smoking
It didn't seem too windy today with a SW wind at about 5 - 10 mph. I can't get it over 190 deg. Now the first time I used it I was able to get it up to 240 but now I can't. It was dry today as well. And I have my firebox away from the wind.- mssmoke430

New to the forum and smoking
[/IMG] I am new to the forum and smoking as I have never smoked before. Any help is greatly appreciated. I have attached pictures of my smoker, as I used felons BBQ/smoker calculator to build it.
