New to smoking
It turned out extremely well pappapig. I already went over and introduced my self. I mixed the yellow mustard and brown sugar in a bowl to my taste so there is actually no exact amounts. The only thing I can say was 2 1/2 hours and basted before I put it on and half way threw. Just plain water... -

I am gonna try to smoke a pre cooked ham this weekend. I was talking to a friend and he's getting ready to do one. He's gonna rub it down with mustard and brown sugar.
