thanks all i do have pics. of the meat just need to upload and post it worked good just need to play with it a bit to get the temp. to hold.I have two vents on smoker box.

this is the smoker I got off Craigslist for $50 after a good cleaning some paint. A few mods. worked pretty good still need to play with it some more keeping the temp. right.
