    Be easy on me.. First time posting in this thread.. Ok first time using my Electric Brinkman Smoker.. Here we Go. Started off with marinating 10 not 8 (lol) chicken thighs in a gallon ziploc with Zesty Italian Dressing. 14 hours later took em out wrapped them in thick cut bacon then dusted...

    What wood to use for building a raised outdoor container bed

    we use Douglas fur wood 2x12x12. One board will make a nice 4 foot by 2 foot box.. Make sure to weather proof the wood as I did not.. Good Luck

    40 clove garlic chicken!

    I always make a 40 garlic clove Chicken for my daughter, as it is her favorite; except I use a clay cooker and the oven... :)
