Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I have a 7# turkey breast in my 40" mes smoker.I am using a Amnps smoker tray with cherry,hickory,and apple pellets. I was wondering how long I need to leave the tray in for the desired amount of smoke?

That's not a bad price.Just keep in mind that is a first generation mes smoker.There were some problems with the first and second generation mes smokers,maybe someone else could chime in and tell you a little about them.
