I've bought bags of wood chunks from Weber (via Amazon) in the past. Not bad, but not great.
Switched to Fruita Wood. It's a bit pricey, but it has always been excellent, and I'm able to get Peach and Post Oak.

Been reading the forums for a while, especially the recipes.
Finally decided it was time to join in.
My main smoker is a 22" Weber Smokey Mountain, but also have a Smokey Joe conversion smoker that I don't use very much anymore.
