    The price of steel is still roughly double what it was in 2020. 3 months ago mild steel sheet was well over a dollar a lb.

    I use a 50/50 mix of pork belly and untrimmed shoulder at 80% venison 20% pork. I've done 80/20 mix with ground brisket and prefer to use pork.

    Finally Joined from Michigan

    Hi all I'm Josh from Cedar Springs Michigan. Finally decided to stop just looking and join. I do most of my smokes on a Oklahoma Joe highland today's cook is 2 10 pound pork shoulders for a camping trip at the end of the month.
