My grandfather sparked my interest in smoking meats at a young age. It’s a hobby but I’m passionate about it too. I try to do it the way it should be done ... no shortcuts. I started smoking meat about 5 years ago so I’ve learned a lot but still have so much left to learn and so many new meats to smoke!
