Yep, I know. Just want to see if he does it like I ask'd above as I will be firing up my 36H in a few weeks to do my 1st batch and don't really want to "hot" smoke it.
Al,
Doing it that way how long do you keep the smoke going from the Amazon tray? I assume that you are NOT smoking the belly/bacon to an IT of 145f? Do you smoke it to any IT them doing it your way at all?
Lang owners....
Going to give making bacon in my 36H (NO WARMING BOX); I followed the EQ method and have it has been in the fridge for a few days now. my question is...since I'm in WC FL I can't "COLD" smoke and plan to keep it as "cool" as possible when we fire it up in a few weeks. I just...
That's what I was looking for..the anount of meat that you can get on the grills. the 26" holds a lot...So I'd assume on a 22" I could get a 4# london broil or 2 whole chicken or what 6 burgers? Not all at the same time.....Just looking for the amount of food at one time. I routinely do 2...
So on a 22" what is the max y'all can get on it? How about anyone with the

Starlink are LEO (Low Earth Orbiting) Satellites, that Elon Musk owns and will provide very low Internet access to users with high throughput (better than 5G) at a very cheap cost for the home terminal.
Plenty of food in the chest freezer, plenty of wood for the new 36 Lang Hybrid, not a lot of TP and can't understand the reason why people are buying it buy the truck loads!!! Don't go out in any crowds, we spent the weekend doing house work and outside yard work. Assuming that this is going...
