    Meat probes and cables

    For the kinks and tangles, I usually just coil the cables loosely after they cool down and secure them with cable ties. Keeps them from getting all twisted up. For identifying which probe goes with what, maybe you could try some colored cable ties or even some masking tape with the smoker...
