    pork butt 7.8lbs and Jalapeno poppers (over cooked should have taken them off earlier) and corn....Not bad for my very first smoke

    Ok it hit 200 degrees. It is now resting for 30 minutes. I have pics and will share tomorrow. To hungry to post if you know what I mean. I over cooked the poppers should have listened to my instincts. The corn wad good I think I needed more smoke for the corn but after 11 hours I was limited.
