I tried looking at the back of the smoker but it is completely insulated and I don't want to destroy that. We tried to pry open the bottom (as you can tell in the top right corner) but no budge.- mbs62790

I have had this smoker for about 7 months now. Well, we just got a new dog and lets just say he isn't the brightest dog I have had... He chewed off the power cord to the smoker about a week ago.
