Well yesterday when i made the beans ready for cooking i had a little taste.... of course they were lovely But today i have been smoking them under 3 racks of ribs, they have been in the smoker now for 4.5hrs and ........ WOW I was told on here that they are amazing but i didnt realize how...- mat-w

the small bowl of beans is for the kids, i kept the chili out and they wanted a little squirt of bbq sauce in it, dont taste to bad tbh -

Well went to the supermarket today, and saw some ribs on offer £1.50 each. for that price i couldnt turn them down, so took them home rubbed em up with some sweet paprika and put them in the fridge for the night. Then thought i would have ago at making some dutche's beans........... WOW they... -

What was in it
He wasnt a mechanic but does work in a factory that builds cars, i know it wouldnt have fertilizer in etc but he is not sure what was in it, there looks like there was something on the outside but its been laying around for awhile and it has come o of maybe i should just not use it, doesnt...- mat-w

Guys im going to start building myself a uds I have an old oil drum here that needs burning out, only problem is the man that gave it to me does not know what was in it My question is does it matter what was in it aslong as i give it a good burn out and clean after mat p.s how long does one...- mat-w

ah got it i assumed it was something else as over here we pay by weight so it is abit more expensive then over here, will look into it more when its nearer the time to building. thanks mat- mat-w

can anyone advise me on the best stuff to use to seal my wooden smoker i was thinking of doing the outside in clear polyurathane but there are a few small gaps that need filling where the wood joins etc thanks in advance mat- mat-w

gas bottle
was just thinking about when i move im going to build a bigger smoke house but unsure what to heat it with. not sure what the liquid propane is, only gas bottles ive ever seen contain butane or propane but the cost of those in $51 for 3.5 gallons so not sure if its the right stuff, unless the...- mat-w
