Need more smoke
Hello i am new here but have smoked for some time with wood. I bought a masterbuilt elite 40" gas Smoker thinking it would be easer but its not. My problem is i cant get the amount of smoke i want at low temp. I replaced the wood tray with a cast iron skilet and it seemed to help some but only...
