    For Tri-Tip I keep it pretty simple and do Santa Maria Style. Just salt, pepper, and garlic powder let sit in fridge for a couple of hours or even over night. No marinating needed.

    Yea we usually have some college kids popping by at the end eyeing the left overs. We always tell them help yourself we are just going to throw it away. Last week the group by us got the remnants of the pulled pork BBQ nachos. They were ecstatic.
