    16lbs of sliced pork shoulder marinated in a bunch of chillies in Adobo sauce threw on the WSM with some pineapples and onions it made two batches worth on the cajun bandit rotisserie turned out great

    I think it could of been more tender than it turned out but I was still pleased with the taste and how the dutch oven worked out was my first time using this besides seasoning

    I wanted the whole performer setup but my wife had that cart built for me by her dad almost 6 years ago instead and I love it. I'm actually getting a new to me gold kettle with the ash catcher so I'm going to slap that in the cart instead

    Saw a recipe I wanted to try from you tube, so I started with about a 3lb chuck roast seasoned it up with s&p threw it on my Wsm with royal oak and apple wood chunks about 275 300 for a couple hours. Then it was time for it to go hang out in the dutch oven with a stick of butter, au jus mix...

    Coming along nicely 155 at about 5 hours going to wrap in a little bit....Bootys are doin there thing. Running a little lower than I wanted 210-250 but I am pleased with everything so far...dumped ashes and refilled with just one lit chimney and fired up another to throw on when ready.

    Tossed it on my 22" wsm at 430 royal oak and apple wood chunks also threw 2 pork butts on at about 530 for a buddy bday party tonight. Going to wrap in butcher paper once I get a good bark
