The ribs turned out great!!! My son said they tasted just like his...the two chicken breast were a little dry so my lesson was that they need to be added later in the cooking sequence.maybe only 2 hours. Hi, I'm totally new to this smokin' craze. My son is so into it he cooks several times a week on his.
